The Neck & Hood Combo carries Hidez's patented graduated compression up over the horse's neck and head, extending the coverage of a compression suit or working on its own around the poll and neck. It is designed for owners who want whole-horse recovery support, and for horses that benefit from the settling effect of consistent, gentle pressure around the head and neck. Why it works

Graduated compression applies pressure that is highest at the extremities and decreases towards the heart, assisting venous and lymphatic return and helping the circulation flush metabolic waste such as lactic acid. Extending that gradient over the neck supports fluid movement through an area standard rugs and suits leave uncovered, reducing swelling and supporting recovery. In internal thermographic testing, Hidez compression recorded up to 30% less lactic-acid build-up, and the consistent pressure produces a calming, swaddle-like effect.

Sizing & fit

Sizes run by your horse's height, from 14 hands to 19.2 hands in half-hand steps. Because this is a compression garment, correct fit means correct pressure. Too loose, and the graduated gradient cannot do its work. Measure your horse and check the Hidez sizing guide before ordering, and match the size to your Hidez suit if you are combining them.
