Returns & Exchanges
Hidez gear is a close-fitting compression garment worn directly against the coat. Because of this, strict hygiene and condition protocols apply to all returns.

14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition Requirements: Suits must be completely unused, unsoiled, free of any animal hair, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Trying on: We strongly advise trying the suit on over a clean, thin sheet to check the fit without contaminating the compression fabric.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Which countries does Hidez ship to?
Hidez ships across Ireland and the United Kingdom, with standard and express options. Every package is fully tracked, and tracking details are sent by SMS and email once the order has shipped. For an address outside Ireland and the UK, contact Hidez before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Most products are stocked in Ireland and the UK, but in some cases delivery may take up to two weeks. If there is any delay with an order, Hidez will notify the customer as soon as possible. Custom orders are made to order and have a longer lead time.
How long do I have to return a compression suit?
There is a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Because the garment is worn directly against the coat, it must be completely unused, unsoiled, free of animal hair and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. To start a return, email returns@hidez.ie.
Can I try a suit on before deciding to keep it?
Only in a way that keeps it returnable. Try it on over a clean, thin sheet so the compression fabric never touches the coat, and check the fit against the sizing guide on hidez.ie/sizing before you start.
